My personal experience with legal paperwork began in 2000. I maneuvered through the court process while representing myself. I couldn’t afford an attorney. I had children of my own, had to file paperwork and open my family law case. It was difficult and frustrating trying to file my paperwork. I attended family mediation numerous times and appeared in court.

My professional experience commenced in 2004. I was employed as a paralegal to assist multiple attorneys with their family and civil cases. I gained experience with various law firms where I acquired the skills I needed in order to start my business doing document preparation.

During this time, I attended Sacramento City College. In 2012, I graduated with my Associates Degree in Business Management. In 2014, I received my registration as a Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in Sacramento County. Shortly thereafter, I opened my business, named it Docs-We-Prep, and decided I would prepare and file documents for individuals representing themselves. The development of Docs-We-Prep continues to grow as people are looking for alternatives to high attorney fees.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family or going on adventures such as traveling, attending festivals or enjoying nature. I appreciate walks, riding bikes, or relaxing.
